Several, well maintained and clean parks with in the city. Sidewalks are also well maintained; great for walking with your four legged friend. The vast and overwhelming majority of dog owners do clean after their dogs.
Convenient yet not over crowded. Would recommend to families. The Tustin Old Town area is the recommended must go. They offer trainings and community awareness ". The freeways are a different story.

Great schools and a great place to raise kids. The neighborhood seems very friendly to pet owners, however there is no dog parks in Tustin. A lot of crime on the west and middle of Tustin. Unreasonable cost to live with what is offered. Shopping wise, everything is in near distance and easy to get to.
Very welcoming city for dogs and dog owners. There is no danger for people walking their dogs at night. Tustin is a quiet bedroom community. It has great shopping at the Marketplace and the District. Tustin also has great schools. Overall, it is a great place to live. Tustin Ranch is a safe, friendly neighborhood. I have never had anything sketchy happen. This is a wonderful place to live. It is very clean and well maintained.
The gardeners are here twice a week and keep this place looking its best. It is quiet. The association is pet friendly which is a HUGE plus. The properties are all independently owned so you deal directly with the owner. There is property management, however, to address any issues with the community itself. The conversations have always been pleasant and any concerns I've had have always been addressed and corrected.
You cannot go wrong living here. The neighborhood is also a big plus. It is clean, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Again, I am reviewing this little area of Tustin - on 1st between Newport and Red Hill and Mauna Loa, the small back street that intersects 1st.
