I have a question. What do you do after the "Click edit" tab. There is no place that let's me rename the file? You sort of jumped from the "edit" part to renaming it.
I have the same problem. I think he wanted us to change the owner of the file. Give us an answer, please!!! I made it! After going to security tab go to Edit. There you can change what is necessary. Hey I got this to work awesome, had to go to safe mode to place the new dll file in place, but that was easy enough. For instance, if you wanted to have the logon screen match your desktop wallpaper, just choose the wallpaper using the browse button.
You can then save the wallpaper as a logon screen file and even share it with other people on WinCustomize. Download LogonStudio from Stardock Free. Use Google Fonts in Word. Now your computer is more secure as you will be required to enter a user name and password each time you logon. Change the value to 1 and click OK. Type in control userpasswords2. This will open up user accounts. Make sure that "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" is checked. Go into the advanced tab. Are you likely to use any of these techniques?
